Straightforward rules for refunds on Scout subscriptions and credits - no fine-print traps.

01Overview
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for Scout subscriptions and credits. It is meant to be fair and clear: you should never feel locked into spend you have not used.
02Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing and requires no card. There is nothing to refund - if it does not fit your needs, simply stop using it or stay on the free tier.
03Subscription fees
Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing cycle. If you are charged for a new paid plan and have not made meaningful use of that cycle's credits, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that cycle's subscription fee. Renewal charges can be avoided by cancelling before the cycle renews.
04Prepaid credits
Top-up credit packs, where offered, are prepaid. Unused prepaid credits can be refunded on request within 30 days of purchase, less any credits already consumed. Credits that have been spent are not refundable.
05Consumed usage
Credits consumed by completed API calls reflect real compute and retrieval cost and are non-refundable. If a call fails on our side and still reports a credit cost, contact us and we will credit your balance for the affected usage.
06How to request a refund
Email team@enrich.so from the address on your account with the charge date, the amount, and a short note on the reason. We may ask for basic detail to locate the transaction. We do not require a lengthy justification - a clear request is enough.
07Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed on our side, it typically takes 5-10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
08Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first - we can almost always resolve it faster than a formal dispute. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in the associated account being suspended pending review.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated date shown below.
